Preamble: In a prior exploratory article–reference link below–I speak to the question who protects who and who declared war on who? I show why it’s not possible to protect a citizen of a “Nation” state (statist quo). And the corollary of that: Why “You never change things by fighting the existing reality”.

And I show an on going working example of the principle: “To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.” ~ R. Buckminster.

And finally I briefly introduce the Incremental Improvement of using a holographic Prototype modelling of a protection service to deal specifically with the question: who will protect you from so-called protectors in real time and why that is so important!

“Who Declared War on Who? And Intro to INTERPOSITION”

Here, I do a CREATIVE work-it-out to clarify and begin to sum up my Operational Security [OPSEC] explorations and create new strings as they relate to:

Buffering, [INTERPOSITION] Neutralizing problems and Entrappment INSTEAD of being corraled into ever ratcheting TRIGGERING and Escalating Stimulus Asset Forfeiture Paradigms and Progroms of “State “Security” Monopoly”

Introduction: Hi, I am one of the co-creators who has used Progress by Incremental  Improvement and Prototyping (PIIP™) as a way to blend creative and operational strengths in the midst of the “punishing pace of the workaday world” and without going over to the dark side of google etc etc…

PIIP™ is a system developed separately, in parallel, and later discovered to be the same as Mercedes Benz Bauhaus design and Honda Systems [See Jeffrey Rothfeder: “Inside The World’s Most Innovative Car Company” https://youtu.be/8QzRxkG3nzY, to provide a logical way to achieve break-thrus and increase the odds of finding, deducing and inducing elegant solutions).

PART I.

What about my security? How can I OVERCOME complexity to access a direct alternative peaceful power tool to prototype and incrementally improve and progress (PIIP™) what’s alive in me NOW, and access a service without enslaving myself nor others? And that I can brainstorm and play with without constraint.

2015-09-03-02-53-57

Here is my prototype insight as it relates to the above:

Something I can set up and prototype in degrees and variations using mostly what I already have access to.

A matter of making a request and perhaps bringing a service into the palm of my hand across a continent.

The kind of Privatized Security that is alive in me, and would make my life better IS available in Dystopian Detroit!

While I don’t live in Detroit! I do not see that as a problem but as an opportunity!

I can perhaps Call the Anti-Police and utilize their real time 24×7 remote surveillance, guidance and mediatiors as an interface and COMPANION during an encounter with LEO’s…

And should that eventually add up to Ending the State’s “Security” Monopoly then so be it!

I am reviewing and progressing a Work It Out on this. And getting new ideas reflected from this exercise and prototype!

I am INSPIRED  BOTH by Spock, Dr. Bones’s with Tricorders.

I see three important aspects involved in creativity: Knowledge, Imagination, Creation.

Stephan Kinsella goes in to some (not all) of this in his article “Intellectual Freedom and Learning Versus Patent and Copyright”.

Here an example of how they are inter-related:

KNOWLEDGE
World’s best teachers. Communication. INTERPOSITION.

IMAGINATION

NEW ways to use Knowledge to fulfill Big dreams–including Holographic OpSec aspect of Interposition–to access and project rapid real time interactive 3D Human Visual Cued Communication.

CREATION

A POWER (skill, experience and tool) for private security interposition that did not exist before.

PART II

USING my Samsung Note 4–interactively in keeping with NAP (Non initiation of Aggression Principle).

2015-11-08-22-41-29

Just like terms can be too broad and vague i.e. rights, so can “do not steal” be too simplistic. Do not steal is nice but not enough and not adequate for long term living.

“Keep your word” is insufficient as Marxists will keep their word i.e. their promise to enslave you.

NAP is a moral statement. People are misusing it as a political statement. It is not intended to provide the details, it’s intended to judge the details. As one example: the moral statement does not speak to self defense, where as a political statement of it explicitly does.

Galt’s Oath, Non-Aggression Principle & The Covenant

http://tinyurl.com/Covenant-and-Galts-Oath-w

This begs the introduction of the Bare Minimum.

Any thing less than The Covenant is NOT adequate as discussed above.

What about assault? Or property laws?

Anything more than The Covenant can be covered by Blackstones.

In the Bare Minimum Dennis Wilson discusses the relationship between the covenant, merchant law and black stones ( The Covenant of Unanimous Consent provides the means by which individuals can and should judge, accept, modify or reject particular instances of Merchant Law and Blackstone’s).

Like Merchant law This is very personal, it is about self responsibility. They didn’t ask others to do it for them!

“…In my postings and articles I have attempted to show how I think the Covenant [creates a new model instead of fighting the existing]… problems with the current government, [and thereby integrates ]…issues that Lysander Spooner, Ayn Rand and L. Neil Smith identified”.

“The Covenant of Unanimous Consent reintroduces the idea of personal responsibility instead of relying upon “other”, delegated people (government) to “make”, care for and enforce sensible and rational laws.”

Who Declared War on Who? And Intro to INTERPOSITION

I will happily pay the following actual protect and serve voluntary service by design.

PART III

INTERPOSITION and blossoming of Privatized Security is already going on, on a grand scale!

Some context and an introduction: The People Don’t Know Their True Power https://connect.liberty.me/the-people-dont-know-their-true-power/

Ref: DA, LEO’s and statists to this day are unaware of spontaneous order of individuals in society and methodological individualism and human ignorance in making calculations for others.

1. Interposition in Germany here [1.] and [2.] or skip straight to Iceland [8.]. Like the Roman legions vanquished in the Teutoburger Wald in Lower Saxony in 9 AD,the 17,000 police officers that marched into the woods around the nuclear storage facility in Gorleben in northern Germany on Sunday morning looked invincible.

But by Sunday night, those same police officers were begging the protestors for a respite.

Trapped in black, icy  woods without supplies or reinforcements able to reach them because of blockades by a mobile fleet of farmer’s tractors, the exhausted and hungry police officers requested negotiations with the protestors. A water cannon truck was blocked by tractors, and yet the police still had to clear 5000 people lying on the railway track at Harlingen in pitch darkness. The largest ever police operation had descended into chaos and confusion in the autumn woods of Lower Saxony, defeated by the courage and determination of peaceful protestors who marched for miles through woods to find places to lie down on the tracks and to scoop out gravel to delay the progress of the “the train from hell.”

2015-09-02-22-33-57

The defeat of the legions at Teutoburg marked the end of the attempt by the Roman empire to conquer Germania magna. And the failure of the biggest ever police operation two thousand years later in the woods of Lower Saxony to tame women, elderly people and school children protesting the government’s nuclear policy, could well also go down as a turning point. The Berlin government can no longer rely on the discredited mainstream media to control the way people see issues. Too many people recognise it to be a tool of propaganda. The government now needs to resort to brute force to bludgeon through decisions that enrich corporations and banks and impoverish everyone else. But the police forces  at its disposal are simply not sufficient given the scale of the protests now gripping Germany. Only 1,500 police reinforcements could be mustered on Morning from the entire territory to deal with road blockades by thousands of protestors aiming to delay the transport of the nuclear waste on the final leg of its journey.

Many German police officers also expressed sympathy with the protestors’ aims:

The question now is: how long can the use of police to bludgeon protestors continue when the protests are reaching this scale? How long can Germany be governed by a semi authoritarian regime using brute force when the force at its disposal is so small? The German army cannot be deployed on this kind of mission without sparking even more outrage. A false flag terrorist operation will hardly wash when the people are so fed up with the government lies and the media lies. EU soldiers will find it hard to deal with the Germans. The German and EU secret police cannot infiltrate all of the protestor’s organizations when there are simply so many.

The German people as a whole are on the march. Indeed 21st Century militia is very effective–even without guns!

2. On another front: Who would have foreseen individual European women spontaneuosly running for self protection in the form of hand guns in orders of magnitude such that they cleaned out all the retail gun outlet supplies in Germany in response to the flood of migrants in the EU. What started with a few women and outlets apparently affected a whole country.

In the interim I suspect those who have direct access to barges, boats, yachts and ships in Germany ALSO have a leveraged escape–Self protection– from recent mass migration flooding. Not the least of which is usually extra stored food supply and access to fishing.

Some are presumably already living Seastead lives in various degrees of freedom. Some in the US keep their yachts for such an escape.

There are 15000 people living on barges in England.

Those who are owners of barges, boats, ships around the world could start to offer and post craigs list alternatives to the nation state.

Perhaps there is private security to watch over your house whilst you find birth on a barge on the Rhein?

https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhein

Is it worth crossing the channel, posting on craigs list and spec-ing a fit for your boat that you want to lease or sell?…

3. The Sagra Model of Privatized Security in Russia; a town took out a drug cartel on its own; and “nation” state did a Volte-face: Russian Village’s Self-Defense Underlines Failures of Police AND Politicians fire 200,000 LEO’s; and crime plummets.

2015-09-03-00-09-02The most remarkable reaction to the Battle of Sagra came from Alexander Torshin, the Speaker of the Federation Council (a position roughly analogous to Senate Majority Leader).

Invoking the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Torshin announced that he would propose an amendment to the Russian Constitution guaranteeing “that a Russian citizen has the right under the law to bear arms.”

We must give our citizens a chance at survival,” Torshin told the Interfax news agency, insisting that widespread private gun ownership doesn’t lead to “a surge in killings,” but rather “the reduction in street crimes and the murder rate.” What makes Torshin’s stance all the more remarkable is the fact that roughly half a year earlier he had expressed support for banning private possession of “non-lethal” handguns

It’s possible that this dramatic volte-face was the product of a sincere conversion. It’s likelier that Mr. Torshin knew which way the winds of public outrage are blowing, and aligned his sails accordingly. In any case, Torshin’s proposal is tangible evidence of a growing — and thoroughly commendable — Russian contempt for the very institution of government.

“connecting the dots” to John McCain’s CanAmex Highway thru Arizona…and more regarding Senator Reid, Clark County Commissioners, the Chinese and Cronyism

Interesting excerpt:

The Arizona solar project is located adjacent to Luke AFB flight operations and it is near another energy resource, the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant. As an aside, I was contacted by a Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant employee this week. FEMA has been on sight in a surprise inspection and my source has expressed apprehension and surprise at this development. Does anyone else smell a false flag coming? Also, as time goes on, I am certain this will connect the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant to the solar farm.

The Bundy area contains the exact same set of variables as what I am seeing here in Arizona in that we see the Canamex Highway nearby, a land grab, proximity to a military base and proximity to another large energy resource, the nearby Hoover Dam.

Coincidence or Conspiracy?

4. Instead of studying and perpetuating failed government(s) and their continuous divide and conquer Wars with each other and on their people, libertarians, ancaps and anarchists (and even Seastead enthusiasts!) would do well to investigate Gurgaon, India. Additional bonus: English spoken here.

Privatized city in Gurgaon, India–this is certainly an example of Living without Government–and for more than 40 years!!

In spite of the biased reporting, it looks like private companies DO provide services–otherwise they could not attract paying customers. And the REST of India? Government is in charge there and STILL people continue to VOLUNTARILY move into the privately owned structures in Gurgaon.

Instead of thankless wrestling, I have been enjoying myself with my recent discovery and further exploration, via the web, of Gurgaon, India which Dennis Wilson mentions in his article Libertarian Dream City?

http://tinyurl.com/Privatized-City-W

…They’ve beefed up the city’s 4,000-strong police force with an army of 35,000 private security guards. And one of the city’s largest developers, DLF (originally Delhi Lease and Finance), opened the nation’s first privately owned fire station in 2012. The city’s small public [GOVERNMENT] fire station didn’t have hydraulic platforms that could spray water to the top of DLF’s highest towers, so the developer simply purchased two 90-meter platforms for its own state-of-the-art firefighting service

5. How Policing Works in a Privatized City

Atlantic Station is a city within a city

http://tinyurl.com/Atlantic-Station-GA-W

I was walking along and a uniformed police office greeted me good evening. I responded with delight, and we had a nice conversation. She wanted to know if I was enjoying the evening, made a few bar recommendations, we chatted about the weather, and I went on. She was uniformed, yes, and probably armed, but in a non-threatening way. She looked sharp and helpful, as well as official.

Then it struck me: the police in the community are privately employed by main stakeholders in the community, which are the merchants, apartment owners, and other service providers. (The streets are also private but public access.) For this reason, the police themselves have a deep investment in the well-being of the community and the general happiness of the consumers who shop there. They are employees of the free enterprise system. In particular, Atlantic Station owners contract with Chesley Brown for experienced service.

Sometimes in today’s overly-militarized environment, it is easy to forget: policing is a completely legitimate, useful, important profession. They are there to make sure that everyone is keeping the rules and to apprehend the vandals and criminals who break the rules. You might even call them the thin-blue line.

What makes the difference here is the private nature of the contract that employs them. Just as every other employee in this community, they have a direct stake in the value of the space. They are there to serve customers, just as every merchant in this community does.

The more valuable the community, the more valuable their own jobs. They have the incentive to do their job well, which means enhancing the experiences of rule keepers while driving out those who do not keep the rules.

The rules for Atlantic Station are rather strict, more so than I would have thought. There is a curfew for teens. You can’t wear gang-related or obscene clothing. You can’t carry weaponry. You can’t use indecent language. You can’t smoke. You can’t be boisterous. You can’t shout or be vulgar. You can jog, but you can’t just take off running through streets like an animal.

If rules like this were imposed by a city government, people would rightly complain about the violation of rights. So why aren’t these rules violations of rights? Because it is private property and the owners determine them…

6. Not forgetting Dale Brown’s Anti Police Services  in Proto-Dystopian Detroit, which I led with.

‘”How would things be DIFFERENT,” muses Dale Brown of the Detroit-based Threat Management Center, “if police officers were given financial rewards and commendations for resolving dangerous situations peacefully, rather than for using force in situations where it’s neither justified nor effective?”’

Brown’s approach to public safety is “precisely the OPPOSITE of what police are trained and expected to do,” says the 44-year-old entrepreneur. The TMC eschews the “prosecutorial philosophy of applied violence” and the officer safety uber alles mindset that characterize government law enforcement agencies.

This is because his very successful private security company has an entirely different mission – the Protection of Persons and Property, RATHER than enforcing the will of the political class. Those contrasting approaches are displayed to great advantage in proto-dystopian Detroit…

“Believe it or not, violent criminals Hate Video Cameras because it takes away anonymity, and proves that they’re the ones doing something…(1) I slowly changed out, over many years, from guns to cameras. A broke camera was more effective at getting rid of drug-dealing gangs than actual guns.” (2)…

“Support Your **Local** Private Peace Officer: He’s Got a Dangerous Job” and he actually has checks and balances and he does NOT Demand help nor does he EXTORT TAXES NOR MISREPRESENT his Jurisdictional Serve and Protect duties, Power and Allegiance*.

I address that* and refer to Police Alternatives such as:

Our sense of security is fundamental to living an enjoyable life. Nobody wants to sleep with one eye open.

As long as there are predatory people in the world, our need for reliable, effective security will be there.

Since some of us know we can’t rely on cops to help us in an emergency, where else can we turn?

Security is being crowdsourced. Cell411 and Guardian Circle are smart phone apps dedicated to providing a superior alternative to relying on 911 in a crisis. These apps let you instantly alert a chosen network of people (friends, family, or others nearby who use the app) that there’s an emergency, like an accident, altercation, or health crisis.

Cell411 also lets you immediately start streaming video. If an aggressor knows that the video you’re recording can’t be deleted even if your phone is destroyed, that alone can be a powerful deterrent.

(I am a “fan” of PIIP–Progress by Incremental Improvement and Prototyping.😆)…

7. And adding from Seastead source I provided, the following which shows privatized security on ocean tankers

https://liberty.me/discuss/t/international-waters/

Excerpts: Teasing out some different contexts using a real life example: “Solutions for the Pirate Problem” by Karen Kwiatkowski:

In the Straits of Malacca, South China Sea and Indonesian waters, insurance rates have increased drastically, routes altered, and some freight companies have hired onboard security guards. A 2004 study explains

“These guards … are being [forced by Statism and the real and present danger and threat by such to] *deploy..discreetly*, because the legal status [statute law] of armed guards on board commercial vessels is not clear under international law [Wonderful!!]. …

If the guards use deadly force, they and their employers may be criminally liable. [As it should and would be for ALL with no exceptions under customary law but for statute laws] Yet the policy is pursued [despite the very real threat of Statism] because it is working [*and has worked when potential victims are not disarmed by submission to the State: See “But who will build the death camps”? By Matthew Reece from The Zeroth Position; AND See “Protection Implies Submission” by Paul Bonneau*]; *numerous, potentially deadly piracy attacks are being thwarted on a daily basis by the mere presence of armed guards, who, working in groups of four to eight per ship, often do not have to fire even a single shot in order to keep the pirates at bay*. Ship owners also favor hiring armed private security guards because the practice may help them negotiate better insurance premiums.

It goes on: “The deterrence effect can also be achieved when pirates know or *expect that the ships’ crews themselves carry firearms*. Pirates deliberately avoid Russian- and U.S.-flagged ships [and would others if they were armed], for example, because they believe that many of them carry small arsenals for protection.” Incidentally, the crew of the US-flagged Alabama was not armed — and yet was still able to get the better of the four Kalashnikov-armed hijackers. *This heroism is individual and team based, autonomous.* [under customary law].
